It took a number of shots to get this one right. For the fuel line connecting the boost pump to the fuel filter, it is helpful to get the boost pump end done first and then go through the gear tower for the fuel filter connection.
It was a tight area to flare the tube in the filter area, but very doable even with the valve in place.
The boost pump is clecoed into position until my order for nutplates and hex bolts arrive. For those going down this road, I ordered 3/4 10-32 hex bolts for an alan key head. The accompanying nutplates are the K-1000-3.
I also plan to use a nutplate for the adel clamp used on the fuel filter. The firewall fitting is being replaced with a steel fitting vs the aluminum one for peace of mind. I plan on installing a larger kick plate to protect the boost pump from wandering feet.
On another note, my Rhino labeler arrived today with a supply of white and yellow 1/4 heat shrink tubing cartridges. Should make things a whole lot easier labeling the wires.
